About the water system
The water plant averages 1 million gallons a day and has capacity for 3 million gallons a day. A 60 million gallon reservoir and four storage tanks holding 1.9 million gallons in total serve the system.

Leak adjustments
After a repair, bring proof, such as a plumber's receipt, to Town Hall. Adjustments use your six-month average. Sewer adjusts to the average. Water adjusts by half of the average. When high use lasts two months or longer, one month is adjusted, using the highest bill.
